Cancelling

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched and we refund it in full. Once it has been picked up by the courier, the return terms below apply.

Returns

Tell us within seven days of delivery. The piece must be unused, unwashed and with its tags on. Send us a photograph first and we will arrange the return.

What cannot come back

Anything cut to length, stitched, altered or made to order, unless it reached you damaged or is not what you ordered.

If it arrived damaged

Tell us within 48 hours with photographs, and we replace it or refund it in full including delivery.

When the money comes back

Refunds go back the way you paid, within seven working days of us receiving the return. For a cash-on-delivery order we ask for a bank account to send it to.
